History Harbor Foundation is a unique, multi-faceted, organization that focuses on history and humanity-based education, programs, and providing safe spaces for women experiencing domestic and/or sexual violence, oppression and/or other persecution.

This is a scholarship given to a student that is enrolled in an accredited college or university in the United States, is pursuing a degree in a mining-related major, and is pursuing a degree in health or safety in the mining industry.

This scholarship was established by the Lyons High School Class of 1961 to be given to a deserving senior from LHS who exhibits high academic achievement and leadership through their time at LHS.

The Little River Community Fund is directed by a separate Board of Directors of Little River citizens.
